Playing with the toys that Shelley, Shim, Lauren & Nathan (et al) gave Griffin for his birthday.
There's only 5 days between Griffin & Will, so it's nice to have a silly season with them as well!
We arrived, and shouted, "Happy birthday Will!" at which Griffin covered his eyes with his hands, shaking! He then burst into tears and clung to me most of the time, which was a shame. He is still pretty shy with new people (there were some unfamiliar faces at the party, though Nancy & James are certainly not unfamiliar!) or new situations. He warmed up eventually.

Wisely, Nancy taped down a whole lot of paper on the floor, so the kids just drew all over it.
The lovely cake, iced by Nancy & her Raquel. As Nancy's helper is also called Raquel, Scarlett calls our Raquel, "MY Raquel."
