Crafts

In an attempt to spice things up for Scarlett during another thunderstorm here, I tried to set up a caterpillar-making craft for Scarlett. It took quite a while to get the paint, cut up the egg carton, find the googly eyes, hunt down the pipe cleaners etc, but only 5 minutes for Scarlett to lose interest in the whole thing entirely. Another one bites the dust. Let it not be said that I didn't try!

The next day when the paint had dried, she seemed to enjoy playing with them, though preferred to make trains out of them and chugged along going 'choo-choo'. Perhaps all was not lost.
