Mui Ne

We went on a tour of some of Vietnam's beaches with the Hamadas - Clint & Mel live in Hanoi and teach at United Nations International School. Their 3 kids: Oscar (5), Ophelia (3) and baby Scarlett (9 months) were the perfect companions for our two.

We arrived on Saturday & drove for 5 hours to Mui Ne, where we stayed for 4 nights. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was right on the beach, so we spent pretty much every day going between the beach and the pool. The grown ups enjoyed a bit of peace & quiet once the kids had gone to sleep, as it was pretty full on during the day!

Highlights in Mui Ne included learning to boogie board, developing confidence in the ocean (Griffy in particular, as he was petrified of the waves last time we were in Bali), and the hours spent in the sandpit and the pool.

We were lucky to see Vietnam in the company of locals, as they knew which food to order, and around about how much things cost etc.
