Conveniently, Scarlett learned to crawl the day before we moved to our new apartment. This of course meant she caused havoc as we were packing up. It got even worse when we moved into our new apartment... She hadn't encountered glass sliding doors before, so as soon as she got on the floor, she crawled straight into them and conked her head. She appears to have a distinct disregard for self-preservation, as she has had several near-misses with the coffee table/TV cabinet/floor etc etc. Let's just keep our fingers crossed she makes it to her first birthday...
