Here is Scarlett wearing the latest cute-little-girl's-outfit that I was suckered into at the shops. Have to admit it's worth it though! Thanks to CIS teachers Connie & Shawn for the shoes - she finally fits into them! [Plus, they're made in NZ, so well done guys!]
